Wait Time Policy

 

Grace periods are determined by the pickup location and starts at the schedule pickup time. If you exceed the grace period and you or passenger has not arrived, you will be charged a $1.83/ minute in wait time fees.

 

 

 Airports/Cruise Terminals Pickups (arrivals only)

 

Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminals: 30 minutes grace period.

 

International Flights: are charged a flat $50 fee as part of the booking process and are not subject to wait time fee.

 

 Non-Airport Pick-up

 

Point-to- Point transfers: 10 minutes grace period.

Airport departures: 10 minutes grace period.
